Worldwide, the AVERAGE life expectancy at birth is 71.0 years (68.5 years for males and 73.5 years for females). Psalm 90:10 seems to support this.
So take your age now and subtract is from 73.5.
This is HOW much time you have left to invest wisely. (When I did this calculation I was like wow!)
Psalm 90:12 says “Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.”
What does it mean to number your days? It means to give an account of how you spend your time. Numbering your days indicates that your days on earth is limited and not eternal.
When you gain a heart of wisdom it means you are making sure you are applying your limited time to God’s purpose and plans. It means you are investing your time wisely because you know your time is a limited resource.

I am not saying this to scare you but to make you realise that every single moment counts. We are already two weeks in Jan 2016. Before you know it, Dec 2016 is here and life goes on and on till it ends when we die or when Jesus returns.
As Super Working Mums, we have been called to a higher standard of living. We cannot afford to live any other way.
As you read this, ask God to open your eyes to where you are investing/wasting your time.
Are you in alignment with His plans and purpose for your life or are you walking around in circles doing your own thing and getting frustrated?
In what areas of your life do you know that you are wasting time? What changes can you make today?

Thanks for the reminder that my time is limited here.
you welcome @bethwerhan:disqus 🙂
What a great reminder to focus on what is important every day. We tend to think we have to do it all, and do it right NOW! We must learn to prioritize and take time to breathe. Your words are so precious. Thanks for sharing!

I agree we can’t be all things to all people.
