Most mothers I know are looking for money saving tips especally in this day and age of austerity. Some time ago, we had a useful discussion on some money saving tips on the Super Working Mum (SWM) facebook group which I believe every working mum should know about.
A friend once told me “if you save on the pennies, the pounds will take care of themselves”<— You may want to tweet this.
It is usually the little amounts that add up so as super working mums we should be conscious of our spending habits.
Mums in the SWM group were kind to share their tried and tested tips, which I have now complied together to share with every mum out there. Credit has been given to the person who stated the tip.
Some of these money saving tips may seem local to mothers in the UK, however I am sure you can adapt and refine some of these tips for your country of residence.
