I have kept a journal for some years now where I write what I am thankful for, my prayers and praise reports.
Keeping a gratitude journal every morning helps me start my day on a positive note because I am focused on God’s goodness, I am focused on what I have in my life not what I don’t have.
Journaling is also a way to connect directly with God, writing down all he is saying to you. It is a way to document your prayer and praise reports. It is a tool to help you overcome stress and overwhelm. A tool to help you live intentionally and amazed everyday.
I get excited easily and that’s because I don’t want to take anything God is doing in my life for granted. This has helped me keep a positive mind set and to hang on to my faith when tough times come. When I read in my journal how God came through in the past I am confident he will come through again.

Presenting the Living Amazed Journal
In fact for this reason I have designed a journal called Living Amazed By Everyday Miracles for mothers/women so that we always live amazed.
Some of you may already know, I have been working on this journal since God laid it upon my heart since sometime last year.
It has been a long road to finally get here: lots of challenges, hiccups and doubts but I am so excited to say that the journal is currently in print and available for pre order.
The Living Amazed journal is designed to help you always live amazed of what God is doing in your life: with the little things and the big things.
It has guided prompts to guide you on staying positive and blank lines to allow free writing.
I will like to invite you my readers to pre order your copy now at a discounted price as a way to say a BIG THANK YOU for hanging on and believing in this God given dream.
Pre order here
As we approach 2016, I invite you to live an amazed joyful life. That’s the only way to live a stress free balanced life as a Super Working Mum.
PS: 50% of the proceeds from the journal is going to an NGO called Hawkeye Peace Foundation & Friends who provide education and training to less privileged women in Nigeria on how to read and write.
PPS: to my men readers you are not left out, you can pre order a copy for your wives, girlfriends, sisters, aunties etc 🙂
Congrats on your new journal. Praying for great success!!!
Thank you Angela! Amen!
I’m looking for ideas for a gratitude journal. Maybe I’d be better off to just buy this one! Looks beautiful and useful!
Sorry, my computer posted that as my husband. This is Beth Cranford, fellow iBloom groupie! 🙂
Hi Beth! No worries at all. Yes you could get one of these if you like 🙂
Please pardon my question… how do we pay if we do not live in UK? Is master card acceptable?
