Harbouring offence, bitterness, and resentment does nothing good for you. It only harms you, and can have a negative impact on your health. Most times, the other party does not even realise they have hurt you.
The cost of staying offending is HIGH. Offence hinders you from connecting with your heavenly father. It also stops your prayers from getting answered. In fact, you will not be able to pray or worship God when you are angry with someone else.
You need to deal with offense as soon as it happens.
Studies have shown that unforgiveness and bitterness can be the root cause of deadly diseases such as heart attacks, high blood pressure, headaches, and chronic pain. Just do a Google search on forgiveness in relation to health, and you will be astonished at your findings.
When you forgive others, it is not usually for them but for yourself, because you set yourself free.

I know forgiving can sometimes be hard. Some people have done the uttermost painful unforgivable things to us, but the reward of forgiveness is much bigger than what you get when you hold on to the offence.
As a Super Working Mum if you want favor and success in life, and at work, you need to forgive anyone that has offended you so that your prayers and declaration of success are not hindered by the offence. Forgiving does not necessarily mean letting the other person back into your life but getting rid of the anger you feel towards them.

Do you find it hard to forgive? What can you do today to let go of hurt, anger and bitterness?
Very good advice!!! Most often, the person you’re holding the grudge against has 1) long since let it go, 2) gone on with their life and 3) not given you or it a second thought.
Forgiveness is a huge deal. It is so necessary for happy, pure relationships. It is what Jesus died for. Yes, in order to be right with God, we must have a forgiving heart toward others because God has forgiven our sins. At times, I have a hard time forgiving but it is so freeing when I do. Forgetting is even more difficult. That is when I have to go back to Jesus and ask for Him to guide my thoughts away from continuing to harbor those hurts, angers, and bitterness issues.
