Super Working Mum turned three yesterday.
I remember thinking about starting another blog in late 2011. Being a wife, mum and juggling everything else was beginning to take it’s toil on me and I knew there had to be a better way…a better life…so I started doing my research on topics working mothers like myself would need to help with time management and have it all. It all started as a hobby and a desire to use my gift of writing to bless others.
Now SWM is a proper business, helping mothers all over the world maximise their time, resources and relationships. We have also helped a number of women, automate their businesses so they can make money while living their lives to the fullest.
What an interesting ride
It has been an interesting ride, with ups and downs, successes and failures, highs and lows, opportunities and challenges. However at every single time despite how I felt, I KNEW this was what I was born for:
- To be of service to women all over the world who want to live their lives to the fullest.
- To help women know they can have it all, whatever their all is.
- To help women work less and live more
- To encourage and inspire other mums/women like me
- To make a difference in lives and the future generations
- To be a vessel that God uses to transform lives.
By the grace of God our clients are seeing results in their lives. The SWM Facebook group is making a lot of impact in lives.
Amazing Feedback
Just recently a lovely client sent me this amazing detailed feedback after a strategy session with her:
So, I had an awesome business coaching session that I really want to share in hopes that it helps someone, the way it has helped me. So, I had a coaching session with the awesomely rawking, Aloted Omoba and if you knew her, you’d agree with me.
She’s also the brain behind the wonderful and resourceful group- Super Working Mum.
So, to say I was excited about the meeting is an understatement, because I was utterly convinced that I would walk away with some really valuable tips. So I was eagerly looking forward to our session. Though we were off to a bumpy start due to some technical difficulties; but once we got it together, it was smooth sailing. Let me just tell you right now that if you haven’t had the joy of speaking with Aloted Omoba, you ABSOLUTELY should.
Read my winter chapped lips: IT IS A WORTHWHILE INVESTMENT.
For one, it’s the kind of gift that keeps on giving; because the knowledge you walk away with applies to both Personal and Professional. And as working mums, especially those with businesses the line that demarcates personal and professional can quickly dissolve into obscurity.
Seriously though, Aloted knows AND acknowledges her audience; which was a relief for me because instead of a ‘blanket approach”, she tailored the discussion to benefit all three of us- Me, Myself and I, and the package we came in. I also loved her ‘organic’ approach; where instead of telling me what I needed to do to address my shortcomings (God bless her); she guided me and allowed me to arrive at the solutions, on my own.
Lastly, though our session was on the phone, I appreciate that she still came across in a reassuring, non-judgmental manner. WE were able to come up with tips and ideas for balancing all both the professional and personal aspects as best as I can. Tips that continue to be applicable, even as I write this review.
My first year in college, a professor said that the human mind is made up of 4quadrants: things that we know we know; things that we know that we don’t know; things that we don’t know that we know; and things that we don’t know that we don’t know. The first two are no-brainers, pun intended, but the remaining two pose a challenge and oddly enough that’s where most of us are- not knowing. And in my humble opinion, it’s at this juncture that sessions like Aloted’s offer tremendous help. ~Rashidat Raji, Business Owner
When I read reviews like this, I am proud and happy to know that my clients get value in what I do and then take action to see results in their lives.
Thank You!
I want to thank YOU for being a part of this journey, whether you knew of SWM three years ago, or you are just hearing about us. Thank you for being a reader of this blog, for your comments and encouragement. Been a business owner can be scary and lonely sometimes but thank you for your support.
I am also thankful to God for being with me every step of the way, for my husband, my mastermind group, my business coach. Without these people SWM won’t be where it is today.
Special offer just for you
To celebrate three years, I am opening the doors to a revamped Inner Circle. We have a new name called Work less, Live More Inner Circle to reflect the vision of the group. Yes, this is a bold declaration but I am on a mission to help mothers work less, yet live a fulfilled and enriched life.
Society rewards busyness. If you are not busy doing something you are lazy, they say. So most people get caught up in doing work that isn’t meaningful in the name of being busy and being hard working which takes a toil on their health and deprives them from living the life God called them to do.
There is a BIG difference between being busy and being productive. I want to show you the difference which is part of why I created the Work less, Live More Inner Circle.
It has so much value in it, it is unbelievable for the cost of investment.
So are you in?
It’s only £1 to join us for the first 15 days.

Thanks again for your support!
Being a vessel for God who helps transforms lives is what I aim to do as well. Congrats on your three year anniversary. Praying continued success for you!
Congratulations on 3 years! What a wonderful resource you offer! 🙂
Congrats! So true what you say about society pushes for busy and labels non busy as lazy. Great distinction. Looking forward to another three years of tips and insight. I think I’ve only been around for the last two.
Congratulations of 3 years. May the next year bring you even more success.
First, congrats on your three years and hope many more successful years to come. It’s amazing to see the growth and lessons learned. Running a business of any kind is very much like raising a child, at this juncture it’s infancy to the supposedly terrible twos and treacherous three’s as personalities become more distinct, but I digress. Kudos on a job well done.
That’s a huge cause for celebration Aloted. Praise God for bringing you this far and many more years of touching and transforming the lives of others to come.
Congratulations on your third year anniversary, no doubt Aloted, you are doing an amazing job, keep it up.
Yes you are right, on of the many invisible scripts embedded in us is that you have to be busy, i was a victim until i re-write my story. Go girl!
What a great testimonial! Thanks for sharing that. You can tell that came right from that sweet gal’s heart. Keep up the good work and happy anniversary.
Well done Aloted. You are certainly a woman on a mission. The work the Father has begun, He will definitely complete. Keep moving higher.
Congratualtions Aloted. Well done! Very impressive. Love the new name of your inner circle.
