BeauBelleBaby Website Design
I love the design of BeauBelleBaby website! I love websites with white backgrounds so that just appealed to me straight away. The colours of the website are very simple and not distracting in anyway.
Navigating through the BeauBellBaby website is very easy. As a first time visitor you can effortlessly find what you are looking for i.e. items for baby boys, items for baby girls, gifts, even items for mums!
Focus of the BeauBelleBaby website
BeauBelleBaby website’s aim was clear to me the first time I visited. As a busy working mum, I hardly have time to browse through a website just to find what I am looking for. This is not the case with the BeauBelleBaby website. When I was in doubt the obvious search text box at the top of the website was where I went to type in what I was looking for.
The pictures of the items are clear enough to give a good representation of what the products look like. This could be a concern when buying items online but with BeauBelleBaby I don’t think you’ll have to worry about that. I ordered these pair of cute soft baby shoes and when it arrived it was exactly as it looked in the website picture.
Price & Checkout
Their prices seem reasonable and competitive enough though some of the items seem to be on the high end to me. You could blame that opinion on my frugality nature :). But to be honest the high price is probably because those items are branded and of high quality, which of course is understandable.
The checkout process is straightforward and standard like any other web store. You don’t have to sign up to the website which could be a good thing if you are pressed for time however by signing up you will be eligible to some benefits such as quick checkout on future orders, easy order tracking and special offers.
Customer Engagement
I like the fact that the owners of the BeauBelleBaby website are engaging their customers by asking for feedback on what other products and brands they would love to see in the store. It always feels good to be involved doesn’t it?
What Can Be Improved
One thing I would have loved to find easily is the delivery details i.e. how long after I place my order should I expect to get my delivery and if there are different delivery options available to me. I eventually found this in the Terms and Condition tab but my personal preference would be to have Delivery Details separately.
Overall Evaluation
In summary, the BeauBelleBaby website is a baby web store I would recommend to other busy working mothers or people in the UK who want to quickly find a baby product or gift without mucking around. The fact that they have products and items for mums as well such as maternity dresses is a plus for me.
